Safety

DVL is rigorous in all aspects of the pursuit of a safe working environment for staff, clients & the general public. All staff are encouraged to plan their work with safe methodology. We have weekly staff meetings, at which safety concerns of either staff or management are raised.

At the beginning of any major project with particular safety requirements, a written plan is instigated, with consultation of management & staff. DVL have provided their staff with formal training on OSH through the MARCSTA system. This provides an overall training level that then only requires site familiarisation on a site by site basis.
